CRM services
CRM Services
CRM setup, consulting and implementation for Canadian businesses on CS+, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and Pipedrive, with guides for law firms, clinics, schools, trades and more.
A CRM should make it obvious who needs a call today, which deals are stuck and which marketing brings in revenue. We choose the platform that fits, build it around how you actually sell, connect your website, phone and ads, and train your team until the data can be trusted.

CRM services hub
Every CRM service and industry guide in one place
Executive summary: A CRM earns its keep when three things are true: every enquiry is captured with its source, every open deal or patient or family has an owner and a next step, and the owner can see which marketing produces revenue without asking anyone. Canada Create™ has built websites, lead systems and CRM workflows for businesses across Canada and the United States since 2008. We run CS+, our own CRM, and we consult on and implement HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and Dynamics. This hub explains what our CRM services include, how we choose a platform, the privacy and consent rules every Canadian build must respect, what drives cost, and where to find the CRM guide written for your type of business.

Each of these has its own page with the process, cost drivers and questions to ask, so you can start from the service that fits.

How we choose a CRM platform
We are platform-neutral. CS+ is our own CRM, and we configure it when a business wants the CRM, the website, the phone tracking and the follow-up managed by one team. HubSpot suits businesses that run on email and content. Zoho is cost-effective for teams that need custom fields, quotes and process control. Salesforce fits growing and mid-sized companies with several teams and deep finance integrations. Pipedrive and Dynamics have their place. The decision rests on five questions: how many people will use it, whether you sell in a pipeline or by booking, which tools must connect, how much follow-up should run automatically, and who will maintain it. The recommendation is put in writing after discovery so it can be checked against your process rather than a sales pitch.
Privacy and consent rules in every Canadian CRM build
PIPEDA governs how personal information is collected, used and stored, and CASL requires consent before commercial electronic messages are sent and expects a record of how consent was obtained. Health providers in Ontario are custodians under PHIPA, Quebec has its own privacy law, and regulated professions have advertising rules. In practice this means consent stored as a field and honoured automatically, sensitive notes restricted to the staff who need them, data hosted in a region chosen deliberately, and nothing sensitive sent to advertising platforms. We design these into every build and document them.
What drives the cost of CRM work
Software licences are paid to the vendor and are always separate from our fees. Setup cost depends on users, the amount and condition of existing data, the integrations required and how much automation is built in the first phase. A focused small-business implementation often runs a few weeks from discovery to launch; larger migrations take longer. Ongoing management is optional and monthly. Every fee is quoted in writing before work starts, and you receive a proposal within one business day of a discovery call.
CRM and the rest of your marketing
A CRM is most valuable when the website, phone and ads feed it with source and consent. The same team builds websites, runs Google Ads and SEO, sets up email marketing and builds AI sales and CRM automation, so lead source data is complete from the first click to the signed work.

How a CRM consulting project runs
Five stages, each with a sign-off, so the system matches how your team really works before it goes live.
- Discovery and audit Week 1
We map how enquiries become revenue, review your current tools and data, and interview the people who will use the CRM.
- CRM plan and quote Week 1 to 2
You receive a written plan: platform recommendation, data model, pipelines, integrations, automations and a fixed scope.
- Configuration Week 2 to 4
We build pipelines, fields, permissions, templates and dashboards in a test space your team can try first.
- Migration and integration Week 3 to 5
Clean data moves in, duplicates are merged, and forms, phone, calendar, email and ads are connected and tested.
- Training and stabilization Week 5 onward
Role-based training, launch support and a stabilization period where we fix friction as it appears.

CRM services questions
Which CRM platforms do you work with?
CS+, our own CRM, plus HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and Microsoft Dynamics. We recommend in writing after discovery and work with the tool you already own when it can do the job.
Do you build CRMs for specific industries?
Yes. We keep dedicated pages for law firms, senior living, private school admissions, medical clinics, dental practices, therapists, financial advisors, mortgage brokers, nonprofits, trades and more, each describing the stages and integrations that matter in that field.
How does the CRM connect to our marketing?
Website forms, chat, call tracking and bookings send contacts in with their source and consent, and closed deals or booked patients can be sent back to Google Ads and Meta as offline conversions.
What Canadian rules apply?
PIPEDA for personal information, CASL for consent to electronic messages, PHIPA for Ontario health providers, Quebec's privacy law and the advertising rules of regulated professions. We design consent, access and hosting controls into every build.
How long does a CRM implementation take?
A focused small-business implementation often runs a few weeks from discovery to launch. Larger migrations with many integrations take longer, and your written plan includes a timeline.
What does CRM work cost?
Setup and optional monthly management are quoted in writing after a discovery call. Software licences are paid to the vendor and shown separately. You receive a proposal within one business day.
Do you work with businesses outside Ontario?
Yes. We work with businesses across Canada and the United States, and CRM projects run fully online.

Every week without a working CRM costs you leads
Enquiries sit unanswered, quotes go quiet and nobody knows which marketing pays. A short discovery call shows where your follow-up is leaking and what it takes to fix it.
