Corrections

We correct errors in CC Zone articles openly. This page explains how to report one, what happens next, and how corrections appear.

How to report an error

Write to info@canadacreate.com with the link to the article, the sentence you believe is wrong, and, if you have it, where the correct information can be checked. You can also call (416) 273-9030, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturday, 10 am to 2 pm. After hours, our 24/7 AI agent answers the toll-free line, +1 (800) 808-9235, and we’ll follow up the next business morning.

What happens next

Amir Vincent, Editor-in-Chief, checks the claim against the original publisher or regulator. We aim to review within two business days. If the article is wrong, we fix it and add a dated note to the article. If the article was right, we reply and explain why.

How corrections appear

A correction of a factual error carries a dated note at the end of the article, for example: “Correction, October 25, 2026: an earlier version said X. It is Y.” A clarification resolves wording that was ambiguous and is labelled as a clarification. An update adds new information and is labelled as an update, with the date. We never change a published fact silently and we never remove an article to hide an error.
