The tallest residential tower in all of York Region located on SmartCentres’ 100-acre site. With architecture by Diamond Schmitt and interior design by Claude Cormier + Associés, Transit City Condos will be incomparable.
The main challenge was to create a landing page that would accurately showcase the luxurious and unique features of Transit City Condos and attract potential buyers. Additionally, we had to ensure that the landing page was optimized for conversions and that the lead-generation service we provided was effective in reaching the target audience.
We created a visually appealing landing page that accurately showcased the unique features of Transit City Condos. The landing page included high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and a lead-capture form that encouraged visitors to leave their contact details.
We created a targeted lead generation campaign that reached potential buyers through social media and email marketing. The campaign included persuasive ad copy, eye-catching images, and a clear call-to-action that encouraged viewers to click through to the landing page.
Retargeting Ads: We implemented a retargeting ad campaign that followed up with potential buyers who visited the landing page but did not convert. This campaign reminded them of Transit City Condos and encouraged them to complete the lead capture form.
Transit City Condos’ digital marketing campaign combined landing page design, lead generation and retargeting ads. By focusing on creating a visually appealing landing page and producing persuasive ad copy, we were able to attract potential buyers and encourage them to leave their contact details.
