M2M Squared is a new condominium community, and for this project Canada Create acted as its PPC agency, pairing a buyer landing page with a Google Ads campaign. It makes a striking statement, towering above Yonge Street; its contemporary architecture flamboyantly announces that the future is here. A one-of-a-kind community, it is deeply connected to your life and its many moments.
The challenge was to create a landing page that not only looks visually appealing but also offers enough information to potential buyers to convince them to leave their contact information for a follow-up.
Our landing page design gave M2M Condos a focused destination for buyer enquiries.
Our design also helped M2M Condos stand out in a crowded marketplace. The minimalist approach and focus on unique features allowed M2M Condos to differentiate themselves from other condos in the Toronto area.
The PPC campaign generated a high number of clicks and impressions, and we continuously optimized the campaign to improve the click-through rate (CTR) and conversion rate. We monitored the performance of the campaign using Google Analytics and made adjustments to the ad copy and landing page as needed.
The combination of a well-designed landing page and a targeted PPC campaign helped M2M Condos generate a high number of leads. We highlighted the unique features and benefits of the development and gave potential buyers the information they needed to make an informed decision.
