Seasons Condo Lead Generation

Seasons is a new condominium development located in downtown Toronto. The developer was looking to generate leads and attract potential buyers to the development. To achieve this, they engaged our digital marketing agency to design a landing page and run a lead generation campaign.

The challenge for our agency was to design a landing page that would engage potential buyers and convert them into leads. The landing page needed to highlight the unique features of Seasons, such as the location, amenities, and floor plans. The page also needed to be optimized for search engines and user experience.


Our agency designed a landing page that showcased the features of Seasons in an engaging and visually appealing way. The landing page included high-quality images of the development, a list of amenities, and an interactive floor plan. The page was optimized for search engines, making it easier for potential buyers to find it online. To generate leads, we launched a targeted lead generation campaign on social media and search engines. The campaign targeted individuals who were interested in buying a new condo in Toronto. We also created an email campaign to reach out to individuals who had shown interest in Seasons but had not yet converted.


The landing page design and lead generation campaign were key components in the successful launch of Seasons. The landing page design highlighted the unique features of the development and provided potential buyers with a visually engaging experience. The lead generation campaign targeted potential buyers and generated over 430 leads in just two months. By working closely with the developer, we were able to create a digital marketing campaign that achieved the desired results, generating leads and attracting potential buyers to the Seasons development.
