They created ad copy that highlighted the project’s unique features, such as the state-of-the-art amenities, prime location, and breathtaking views. The ads were geo-targeted to reach potential buyers in the Toronto area.

The landing page received over 10,000 unique visitors during the campaign period, with a conversion rate of 3.7%.
