Project overview

357 King West is a luxury condo development project by Great Gulf, located in the heart of Toronto’s Entertainment District. The project features modern architecture, premium finishes, and state-of-the-art amenities. Great Gulf aimed to generate leads and increase brand awareness for the project through digital marketing.

Great Gulf wanted to create a digital marketing campaign that would showcase the unique features and benefits of 357 King West Condos, and generate leads from potential buyers who are interested in a premium living experience in the city.

What we delivered

Landing page design

The Canada Create agency designed a landing page that showcased 357 King West’s unique selling proposition, amenities, and location. The landing page was optimized for SEO, ensuring it ranked high on search engine results pages (SERPs).

Lead generation

To drive immediate results, we launched a Google PPC campaign targeting keywords related to the condo development. We wrote ad copy that highlighted the project’s unique features, such as modern architecture, prime location, and state-of-the-art amenities. The ads were geo-targeted to reach potential buyers in the Toronto area.

We also launched a Facebook and Instagram ad campaign targeting users who fit the ideal buyer persona for 357 King West Condos. The ads showcased the project’s stunning visuals, amenities, and location.
