Discovery and research

Research starts with what already exists. We review your analytics, form data, call reasons, support questions and reviews, then talk with the people who deal with customers every day. Where it makes sense, we run short interviews or usability sessions with real customers. The goal is a short list of the problems that cost you the most, not a thick report.

Information architecture and user flows

Information architecture is the plan for what content lives where and what it is called. We build a sitemap and the key user flows, such as book a consultation, request a quote or check order status, and test the labels against how your customers actually talk. This is where most confusing websites are fixed.

Wireframes and prototypes

Wireframes are low detail layouts that show structure without colour or imagery, so feedback stays focused on content and flow. Once the structure is agreed, we turn it into a clickable prototype you can use on a phone or laptop before a single line of production code is written. Changing a prototype costs a fraction of changing a finished build.

Usability testing

Usability testing puts the prototype in front of people who match your customers and asks them to complete real tasks. We watch where they hesitate, what they misread and where they give up, then revise. A handful of sessions per round is usually enough to find the biggest problems.

Visual interface design and design system

The visual layer applies your brand to every screen: type scale, colour, spacing, buttons, form fields, cards, icons and all their states (default, hover, focus, error, disabled, loading). We document these as a design system so new pages stay consistent long after launch.

Developer handover and launch support

Handover includes organized design files, component specifications, responsive behaviour for each breakpoint and notes on interactions. How much UX/UI design costs

• Content readiness. If copy, photos and product data are ready, the work moves faster. If not, content planning becomes part of the project.

Does AI replace UX designers?

AI tools now help with parts of the job: summarizing interview notes, drafting early layout ideas, generating placeholder content and speeding up repetitive production work. We use them where they save time. They do not replace the judgment at the centre of user experience design: deciding which problem matters most for your business, understanding the context your customers are in, noticing where a real person hesitates in a test, and making trade offs between what the business wants and what the customer needs.

In practice, AI makes good UX teams faster. It does not make an untested design correct. Anything we design is still checked against real behaviour before and after launch.

Redesign or targeted fixes

Not every problem needs a full redesign. If your structure is sound and the brand is current, a focused round of UX work on the pages that matter most (the homepage, key service pages, the booking or checkout flow) can deliver most of the benefit at a much lower cost. A full redesign makes sense when the navigation no longer reflects what you sell, the platform limits what you can change, or the interface is so inconsistent that every fix creates a new problem.
