Mezositi e-Commerce & Branding

Mezositi International provides clients with top of the line candy, nuts, and snack mixes. As a bulk e-commerce based business, Mezositi wanted a smooth system of shopping for their clients that included browsing, filling up a cart, checking out and business inquiries. For this client, a functional system is key to increasing conversion rates and online sales.

Our first step was to conduct thorough research into the brand and the industry in which they operate. We analyzed the competition, identified Mezositi’s target audience, and created a strategy that would differentiate the brand from its competitors. We decided to focus on the high quality of their products and the convenience of shopping for them online.

BRAND IDENTITY

 Once we had a clear understanding of the brand’s values, we developed a brand identity that would communicate those values to customers. We created a logo that incorporated the brand’s name and used warm, earthy colours that evoked the natural origins of the products. We also created a tagline – “Nuts and Dried Foods, Just as Nature Intended” – that reinforced the brand’s commitment to quality and natural products.

WEBSITE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

We then moved on to the design and development of the eCommerce website. We created a clean and modern design that was easy to navigate and emphasized the products’ high-quality. We also optimized the website for search engines to help attract organic traffic.

We created a simple and streamlined checkout process to make it easy for customers to purchase products. We also added a subscription feature that allowed customers to sign up for regular deliveries of their favorite products. This helped to increase customer loyalty and provided a reliable source of recurring revenue for the business.

MARKETING AND PROMOTION

We developed a comprehensive marketing and promotion plan that included social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine marketing. We also leveraged influencer marketing to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.

The new eCommerce website and branding helped to establish Mezositi as a high-quality brand in the nuts and dried food industry. The website received positive feedback from customers, with many praising the ease of use and the quality of the products. Sales increased by 310% in the first three months after the launch of the new website, and the business continues to grow.
