Embedding WPForms Forms Using the WPForms Block

Once your form is ready to be published, simply click the ‘Embed’ button within the form builder to add the form to your webpage using a WPForms block.

This will launch a popup window where you can select an existing page or create a new one for your form.

Clicking the ‘Select Existing Page’ button will display a dropdown menu featuring all the pages available on your website. If you choose ‘Create New Page,’ a field will appear for you to enter a name for your new page.

After selecting a page or naming your new one, click the ‘Let’s Go!’ button.

You will be redirected to the block editor of the selected page.

Here, click the ‘+’ button and search for the WPForms block.

Once you choose a form, WPForms will load it into the block editor.

By default, WPForms does not display your form title. You may want to enable the ‘Form Title’ option to include the title and provide visitors with additional context. If you add a form description, you can also activate that option.

Additionally, you can customize the appearance of your form with a theme to ensure it aligns with your site’s overall design.

Once you are satisfied with the form’s appearance, click ‘Save’ to finalize your changes.

This is how you can easily embed WPForms using a WPForms block.

Using a Shortcode to Embed WPForms

Another method to embed WPForms is by utilizing a shortcode.

To get started, navigate to WPForms » All Formsto locate the ‘Shortcode’ column associated with each form.

From there, simply copy the shortcode of the form you wish to embed. For instance, we will copy the shortcode for our ‘Customer Review’ form.

Next, open the page or post where you want to embed the form. To do this, go to ‘Pages’ or ‘Posts,’ hover over one of them, and click ‘Edit’ when the option appears.

This action will take you to the editor for the selected page or post.

To embed the form, click the ‘+’ button and search for the ‘Shortcode’ block.

Once the block is added, paste your WPForms form’s shortcode into the designated text field.

Here’s an example of what it might look like:
